So for that amount of loss I may as well say I didn't lose anything. But considering the only reason I weighed 146.8 last week was from the 2 days of not being able to hold anything down and I cheated 3 days this week, I think I did good. I figured I would be at 148/149 today, so I'm counting it as a loss.
