day 15 - Jan 15, 2011 - food diary; note

I had 2 glasses of juice and I had sloppy joes for supper so I cheated today.
But I think I want to get down to 135 by the last Sat in Feb. And I found a website that may help with that.So I'll weigh myself in the morning and go from there. It probably means no cheating unless I can bank some calories...But it'll be worth it if I can get back down to my normal.

weight: 148.4 (+1.6)

bust: 37
waist: 29.5 (+0.5)
hips: 37
thigh: 22.5
total: 126 (+0.5)

So I gained weight. I was busy this week so didn't drink much water and pretty much ate when I got the chance and didn't really pay too much attention to what I was eating since it was only stuff I could grab and go.
