day 21 - Jan 21, 2011 - food diary(SGDD01); note

so I haven't been on much. I've either barely been eating or I've been binging. But that's what I get for taking my meds even though I know they make me worse. But anyway my new cycle has yet to start (and I'm not pregnant so I'm guessing it's late from the meds, change in diet, or stress) so I'm just going to try the Skinny Girl Diet.

So I weighed myself this morning and based on that I should be down to 135 by the last Sat of Feb if I have 700 cals a day according to the website I linked in yesterdays food diary;note. So that's what I'm going to do. Although on the 19th as long as I start on time I'll be attempting a fast (water, coffee, tea, milk, sweetener, maybe sugar or cream soda) for the cycle length (most likely 31 days). I doubt I'll make it but I'll try for it. Hopefully I can. If I do I could probably get to 135 in half the time :)
