day 81 - note
I probably won't be posting again until April 1st at least. Then I'll most likely only put what I eat/drink that day but I'm probably not going to figure out all the cals for them. And in the mean time, I guess I'll start attempting to drink 2 ltrs of water a day again.
day 80 - note
Hey people. I haven't been counting calories. It's been too much of a pain as the only food in the house right now is junk, but starting April 1st both my mother and I will be having a contest lasting until July 1st based on the measurements on the chart titled "HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT" (along with bf%) with our goal weights being 123 (for me at 5'5 w/ 2" heels, mdm frame) and 116 (for my mom, 5'3 w/ 2" heels, mdm frame) and the contest is based on % of the lbs wanted to be lost (for example, if to get to the goal weight one of us would need to lose 20lbs, 2 lbs would be 10%).
The majority of the food will most likely be fruits and veggies (hopefully there'll be cottage cheese as well with green grapes or blueberries and baby spinach). And with the weather beginning to warm up again I'll probably be going for walks again by then.
BTW, yes, I realize that the weight chart is from 1959, but even based on BMI they still roughly fit into the "normal" range (with my mom at 5'1 116 would put her bmi at 21.9, with me at 5'3 123 would put my bmi at 21.8). But keep in mind that this is with clothing which in my experience can weigh up to about 5 lbs.
****edit**** The only time either of us will step on a scale or measure ourselves will be at the start (April 1st), mid-point (May 16), and the end (July 1). Unless we're sewing clothing for ourselves. Need measurements for that. But I doubt we will be.
