day 93 - note

So haven't started that contest between my mom and I yet. She wanted to wait to see if they were going to have it at work this year but apparently they aren't. So we're starting tomorrow. Hopefully.
Although I have started walking again. Somewhat. I had to walk roughly 5km Friday and another 6 yesterday. My feet are killing me from Friday though. Winter boots were not made for walking.
I think when my mom and I do start the contest though, I'm thinking eat maybe 500 calories that aren't considered negative calorie, drink 2+ ltrs of water, and walk a min 4 km a day (if the weather stays fairly nice. atm I only need a sweater during the day). I wanted to start wearing a pedometer but mines messed up and I can't get it working. It won't track properly. I can walk from my room to the bathroom which is 15 steps and I'm lucky if it says I took one step. I think I'm going to have to look into getting a new one unless I can figure out how to fix this one (if anyone has an active2010 and knows how to set it, or knows where you can get a free one in Canada, let me know please).
