day 43 - note

I had 13161 cals but gained 3.8 lbs which is equal to 13300 cals So it's gotta be a fake weight....

  1. calories are not a good indication of weight because weight gain is not that dependent on calories at all. you can eat 2000 calories a day and still not gain weight if your body does not produce the insulin necessary to deposit fat into the bodys stores. eat any kind of meat, veggies n cheese, drink water. you will see that your weight does not go up. just dont eat pasta, bread, sugar, rice, etc. also, if you exercise, do not do prolonged cardio, instead, do weights or something like p90x.

  2. i like pasta and most peoples coffee needs sugar. and i don't feel like looking like a boy.

  3. there are low carb pastas and artificial sweeteners for coffee. im not sayin to get buff, just that aerobic exercises arent ideal. you already cut out calories for your weight loss efforts; cutting out certain types of foods without counting calories is a lot easier than what youre doing. and you wont see ups n downs. if you dont eat carbs, you can eat as many calories as you want without weight gain.
