I can't see how my waist measurement is only 29. My stomach looks huge there. But I measured twice and it was the same both times. Funny thing is, the measurements I have here are the same I had when I was about 135 lbs.
The weight here I don't trust though. Thursday and Friday I had 2 oranges and a slice of toast and gingerale and non of that stayed down. I had the 24 hour flu. But all better now, even if I couldn't eat as much today as I normally can.
Since I was sick Thurs and had to babysit Fri however, today was a junk day in an attempt to get some of the new years food out of the freezer. Didn't get all of it though. Did have an awful lot of calories though.

lower calorie donut, 2 or 3 timbits or nothing
lower calorie snacks or healthier options
